What is Soul Healing?

Soul healing is a holistic approach that aims to address deep emotional and spiritual wounds (often by facilitating a connection to a higher power or universal energy), to bring balance and well-being to a person's overall sense of health. During a soul-healing session, Stephanie may use a variety of modalities, including energy work, meditation, movement, sound, and reflexology.

As a Soul Healer & Coach, Stephanie can connect to your higher self and provide insight into your life's purpose. Each session provides you with insight, guidance, and healing to support your personal growth and increase your sense of self-awareness. The main purpose of Soul Healing is to provide you with clarity regarding your path so that you can live life to the fullest.

Introductory Soul Healing session

Are you curious about the soul healing process, but not fully ready to commit? This 30-minute session allows you to try a mini-session. Mini sessions are for new soul healing clients! No additional modalities will be used.

Mind, Body & Soul Healing Sessions

This 60 or 90-minute soul healing session can be completed in-person, over the phone, or virtually. Energy healing and meditation can be added for an additional charge.

Phone and virtual appointments require a 50% deposit 24 hours prior.

Investment - 60-minutes is $120.00 or 90-minutes is $140/session

*Energy healing and/or meditation option - add $15.00/per modality

*Mini Reflexology (in-person only) - add $25.00

Soul healing - Full package

This 120-minute session includes energy healing, meditation, and mini-reflexology. A 15-minute Indian Head Massage is added as a complementary service.
