This workshop offers a grounded, heart-centred space to explore the emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers of awakening. Together, we’ll look at the six forms of awakening grief, the loss of familiar identities and beliefs, shifting relationships, intuitive expansion, and the quiet ache that comes with significant inner change. You’ll be guided through somatic grounding practices, reflection and journaling exercises, identity rebirth work, and a powerful healing meditation to support your clarity, stability, and reconnection.
