but don’t fully recognize your life or yourself anymore.

3-hour Guided Workshop | Limited Spots Available 

This workshop is ideal for those who feel like something within them is shifting, but don’t fully understand what’s happening. 

You may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disoriented, or disconnected from the life you once knew. You might no longer recognize parts of yourself, while also sensing new layers of intuition, awareness, or identity emerging. 

This space is for anyone who feels “in between”, no longer who they were, but not yet who they are becoming and who may be grieving the person they used to be as they step into something new.

This workshop offers a compassionate, trauma- and spiritually-informed space where you can show up exactly as you are. 

You’ll be supported with practical grounding tools, opportunities for honest reflection, and gentle guidance to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. 

There’s no pressure to share, and everything is at your own pace. This is an inclusive space that welcomes all backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of understanding your experience.

As a thank you for being part of this workshop, participants will receive 10% off a personal channelling or mediumship session, valid for six months.
