Spiritual awakening can be profound — but it can also bring grief.

The grief of leaving your old self behind.

The grief of beliefs breaking open.

The grief of intuitive gifts emerging before you feel ready.

The grief of feeling in-between — no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.

For many people, especially at the beginning, awakening doesn’t feel peaceful or transparent. It can feel confusing, emotional, and unsettling. You may feel unfamiliar with yourself, overwhelmed by inner changes, or unsure how to move forward.

This workshop offers a grounded, trauma and spiritually-centred space to explore the emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers of awakening — with particular care for beginners and those who feel stuck or unsure how to navigate this transition.

Together, we’ll explore:

• The six forms of awakening grief
• The loss of familiar identities and beliefs
• Shifting relationships and roles
• Intuitive and emotional sensitivity
• The quiet ache that often accompanies significant inner change

You’ll be gently guided through psychoeducation, somatic grounding practices, reflection and journaling exercises, identity transition work, and a healing meditation designed to support clarity, stability, and reconnection.

You don’t need prior spiritual experience.

You don’t need to have answers.

You need a place where what you’re experiencing makes sense.

This workshop is ideal for:
