Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is an ancient healing modality that is connected to Ayurvedic Medicine, and is considered to be one of the oldest forms of natural medicine. Focusing on the scalp, face, neck and upper back, Indian Head massage can reduce the feelings of tension and stress throughout the body. This treatment is great for those who suffer from tight neck and shoulders, headaches and migraines.
Reiki
The word Reiki is Japanese and translates to (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki heals more than just the energy body - it also heals the physical body and mind. Reiki has a calming effect as it guides a person back to an overall sense of well-being. When reiki is used in conjunction with a wellness plan, it can be profoundly effective in supporting the treatment of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues within the body.
Your Reiki session can be completed either in-person or distant.
