Reflexology has been something I’d been interested in trying for awhile and I finally took the plunge with Stephanie this past October. It was an all-around fantastic experience – both Stephanie and the treatment were great. Stephanie is so friendly and very passionate about reflexology; she took the time to explain the process, answer questions and gave the option to either relax or chat during the treatment. The treatment itself was very calming and the best part was hearing Stephanie’s feedback about what my feet were telling her about my body. I couldn’t stop telling people about it afterwards: “she knew I had allergies!” and “she knew my shoulders were bugging me!” and even “she could tell where I was in my ‘cycle’!  If this is something you’re interested in trying, I would highly recommend Stephanie for her knowledge, friendliness and passion.
